Delete your NERRA account

What will be deleted

• Your account and profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Learning progress and lesson history
• Vocabulary sets and word learning data
• Game results and streak statistics
• Push notification tokens

What is retained temporarily

• Anonymized analytics data — retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Payment records (if any) — retained as required by tax law

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app:Open NERRA → Profile → scroll down → tap "Delete Account" → confirm.

Option 2 — By email:Send a request to the address below with the subject "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your NERRA account.

Processing time

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
